With 15 years of experience in leading, coaching and developing Sales Teams, Divisions and Organisations Matthew has personally been involved in securing multi-million-pound contracts in complex B2B project markets, devising & executing growth strategies, re-structures and turnarounds, for Multi-national PLC’s, and Private Equity investors.
He is currently MD of M4C Consulting Coaching & Training, Director of Trinity Post 16 Solutions, Institute of Directors Ambassador & Project Manager for The Cranfield Trust.
Previous roles include MD for Trimo UK, Sales Director for Jotun, Sales Director for Saint Gobain, Head of National Key Accounts for Hilti.
Matthew holds both a Chemistry degree and an MBA, has twice been recognised at the British Excellence in Sales & Marketing awards before later becoming a judge.
