Completing one of our latest works required an all hands on deck approach, with our trio of promotees getting stuck in with everyone else!

Taking on responsibility across our workshop and sites to ensure we can be as productive and efficient as possible. After we had put a notice out to say we were looking for people to step up into roles to lead and organise various stages of the Industrial Coating process, we were very impressed at the enthusiasm shown from our 3 new leaders.

Kriss, Tom & Tony are vital parts of the UCL team and always go out of their way to ensure we can deliver the best-finished products and customer service at every stage of the entire coating process.
